I am pleased to announce PyDERASN 6.1 release availability!
PyDERASN is free software pure Python ASN.1 DER/BER library.

The main improvements for that release are:
* UTCTime and GeneralizedTime allowed values to have plus sign in them,
passing int() check successfully. Prohibit that incorrect behaviour
* UTCTime and GeneralizedTime BER decoding support
* Faster UTCTime and GeneralizedTime decoding, and slightly better
overall performance
