I am pleased to announce PyDERASN 3.14 release availability!
PyDERASN is free software pure Python ASN.1 DER/BER library.

The main improvements for that release are:
* Additional encoding validness check: explicit tag must contain exactly
one object inside. Throw DecodeError otherwise
* allow_expl_oob context and command-line options allow skipping of
that check
