I decided to remove GoVPN repository mirror from Github, because of
their unclear confusing updated terms of service. This issue
is described more deeply in Free Software Foundation's blog entry:

I do not like ambiguities.

The main repository stays the same:

    https://git.cypherpunks.ru/cgit.cgi/govpn.git/
    git://git.cypherpunks.ru/govpn.git

Github's "develop" branch now is called "develop-prev"
(it needs rebasing on develop).
